Objetivo
Educar criticamente os alunos nas áreas de Inteligência Artificial, Ciência de Dados e Gestão 4.0 e 5.0 para aplicarem o conhecimento na pós-graduação e vida profissional, incluindo treinamento prático em diversos métodos da Inteligência Artificial.

Conteúdo
I ) Inteligência Artificial (IA)
Conceitos básicos em Inteligência Artificial: 1) Machine Learning; 2) Deep Learning; 3) Redes neurais; 4) Inteligência Artificial Dedutiva; 5) Elaboração de bots; 6) Interações corpo máquina.

II) Críticas à Inteligência Artificial
Teorias sobre o desenvolvimento tecnológico – Media Ecology e Teorias Críticas. Revoluções Industriais, trabalho e conflitos sociais: algumas histórias tecnológicas. Da Teoria de Sistemas às tecnologias atuais. Linhas do tempo cibernético. Trabalho e transformação tecnológica. Automação, precariedade e desemprego. Mercado de trabalho: profissões emergentes e em extinção. Novas condições de trabalho. Representação sindical. Novas tecnologias e novos desafios para a democracia. Privacidade e Direitos Humanos. Algoritmos e controle social. Algoritmos, preconceitos e discriminação digital. Algoritmos e repressão. Algoritmos e questões ambientais. Comunicação e informação. Guerras Híbridas e tecnologia. Estado do bem-estar e Estado punitivo. Inteligência Artificial: benefícios e riscos. Robôs: benefícios e riscos.

III) Ciência de Dados e Inteligência Artificial abordagem teórico-prática: conceito, fundamentação, histórico, princípios, ciências que a compõem. Estatística Multivariada (MANOVA, An. Discriminante, Funções Canônicas), Estatística para Gestão e Estatística Robusta abordagem Prática. Tabelas de contingência, desdobramento. Inteligência Artificial Dedutiva e Indutiva. Machine Learning (ML), conceito, fundamentação. ML Supervisionado (para classificação – Redes Neurais, Random Forest, SVM, NB, etc. e para predição- Regressão Robusta, SGD, SVR, KNeighbors, RFR, etc.) e não Supervisionado (PCA, Biplot, Cluster, Factor, etc.), algoritmos, finalidades, interpretação de resultados. Amostragem não aleatória, pesquisas na internet. Dimensionamento amostral para machine learning. Big data - Small data - trade off. Visual analytics. Software: SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Statistica, Python. SQL para data mining e prototipação para Inteligência Artificial Dedutiva. Análise, projeto, prototipação e codificação de aplicativos e bots. Conhecimento básico em Gestão Sistêmica para interpretar resultados da Ciência de Dados em Gestão: sistemas mundiais de gestão (TQM, BSC, Lean 6 Sigma, PNQ, Toyota, Amazon, Uber, Google, Microsoft, etc.). Certificação Internacional da Qualidade (ISO-9000-14000-27000-17025, GlobalGAP, OHSAS, S A, FSC, etc.), auditoria (1ª, 2ª e 3ª partes). Gestão de Risco (FMEA/FTA, Matriz, RCA, etc.). Gestão de Inovação, inovação disruptiva (Lean Startup, L. Canvas, QFD, etc.). Indústria, serviços, fazenda, mineração e Gestão 4.0 e 5.0.
